The Executive Board Office supports the Executive Board in all aspects of their role. The Office is overseen by the University Secretary and is supported by a team of Executive and Senior Executive Assistants.
Kelly supports the Vice-Chancellor in all aspects of his role. Kelly acts as a first point of contact for all enquiries relating to the Vice-Chancellor by telephone and by written/e-mail correspondence. Kelly brings a wealth of experience to the Executive Board Office having worked at several Schools across the University, including 新香港六合彩开奖结果 Business School and the Digital Signal Processing Centre.聽 Prior to this, Kelly worked as the Principal鈥檚 PA at Coleg Llandrillo, within the Board Secretariat at Natural Resources Wales and in Professional Services for the Fire Service.聽

Bethan supports the Chief Financial Officer, Mr Martyn Riddleston, and the Chief Operating Officer, Mr Michael Flanagan. Bethan has worked for 新香港六合彩开奖结果 since 2005, firstly working in Estates and Campus Services and then as a Personal Assistant to previous Vice -Chancellors.
Jaci supports the Chief Strategy & Planning Officer, Mr Mike Wilson,聽. Jaci is one of the longest standing team members, having joined the University in 1996, initially in the School of Accounting, Banking and Economics (as it was known at the time) for two years, before moving to the Academic Registry in 1998.聽 After supporting the Academic Registrar and the wider team for over 20 years, Jaci joined the Corporate Services Directorate in 2018, as a Personal Assistant.聽
Heather supports the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oliver Turnbull and the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research), Professor Paul Spencer. Heather has been with the University for 20 years, initially as Personal Assistant to the Head of the School of Psychology. Since 2011, Heather has provided Executive Assistant support in the Pro Vice-Chancellor's office for several different Pro Vice-Chancellors.
Donna supports the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education & Student Experience), Professor Nichola Callow, and the Chief Marketing Officer, Mrs Patricia Murchie. Prior to her current role, Donna has been an administrator for the NHS whilst studying a part-time HNC in Business Administration; a Personal Assistant for 20 years providing personal assistant support in Marketing, Pontio Arts; and an Executive Assistant Support to the Dean of the College of Human Sciences at 新香港六合彩开奖结果, whilst studying a part-time degree.
Karen supports the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Welsh Language, Civic Engagement and Strategic Partnerships), Professor Andrew Edwards and the University Secretary, Gwenan Hine. Karen first began working at 新香港六合彩开奖结果 in 1996 as an Office Assistant in the School of Accounting, Banking and Economics.聽 She has been a Personal Assistant to senior staff at the University for over twenty years, having worked for various Heads of School, Heads of College and more recently Pro Vice-Chancellors.聽
Sera Whitley

Sera provides executive and administrative support to the Vice-Chancellor鈥檚 Office and Executive Board Office portfolio. She takes the lead on administrative support for the Senior Leadership Group and assists with other senior-level meetings including Council and Council sub-committees. Sera coordinates and manages the administration of a range of processes including the Honorary Appointments process and the flying of the University flag in memoriam.
Sera assists the University Secretary with the planning and scheduling of the University diary and works alongside the University Secretary in coordinating the schedule of the Honorary Graduands. Sera assists the Head of Legal Services with other administrative duties on behalf of the Legal & Compliance Services, and also provides specific administrative support to the Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor.
Sera joined the University in 2022, having only just graduated from 新香港六合彩开奖结果 with a First in English Literature with English Language.
